Public inbox links

Share your entire project inbox with anyone you like without inviting them to your organisation or project.

Pick between three types of public links:

• Public: Anyone with the link can access the inbox content without authentication. This is ideal for quick sharing when security is not a concern.
• Account: Only users with a user account on Sinkbox can access the inbox content. They do not need to be part of your organisation or project. This is ideal for sharing with external collaborators who should not have access to your organisation but might already have a Sinkbox account, and when security is slightly more important.
• Organisation: Only users who are part of your organisation can access the inbox content. This is ideal for sharing with internal stakeholders who should have access to your organisation and projects, and when security is more important.
